This is a collection of some of my earliest photography--work that I have held onto for years. I got my start as a photographer as part of this scene--being right in the middle of the parties, the music, the whole sweaty and busy energy of it. By pure luck, I photographed some of the most celebrated artists of that time, and this collection does include some big names (familiar ones like Frank Turner and Dan Smith, and others who have gone on to make waves such as Florence and the Machine and Mumford and Sons). The point, though, isn't the celebrity. The point is that we were there together, in the midst of something special before there were smartphones... Night after night, it was our party. It was our scene.
Gallery coming soon in Dublin and elsewhere.
